Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about LuluClaw, NemoClaw security, and our pricing.
What is NemoClaw?
NemoClaw is NVIDIA's enterprise-grade security layer for AI assistants. It wraps OpenClaw with kernel-level isolation using Landlock filesystem restrictions, seccomp syscall filtering, and policy-enforced network egress. Every AI action runs inside a hardened sandbox — not just a Docker container.
How is this different from other OpenClaw hosts?
Other hosts run OpenClaw in a standard Docker container with no additional security boundaries. LuluClaw runs every bot inside a NemoClaw sandbox with Landlock filesystem isolation, seccomp syscall filtering, and network policy enforcement. You get a live security scorecard showing the real-time status of each layer.
What does the free tier include?
500 turns per month, 4 curated AI models (Nemotron, MiniMax, GLM Flash, DeepSeek), a Telegram channel for your bot, and no API key required. No setup, no credit card. The only trade-off is shared infrastructure and a small "Powered by Luluclaw" badge on your bot.
What does Standard ($39/mo) include?
A dedicated NemoClaw server, managed Core + Apex LLM access (no API key needed), full NemoClaw sandbox with Landlock + seccomp isolation, a Security Console showing sandbox, policy, and network health in real time, and no branding on your bot. You also get 50 Apex (Claude Opus) turns per month.
Is my API key safe?
Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never stored in plain text. Keys are injected into your sandbox at runtime through secure environment variables and are never logged or exposed in any dashboard or API response.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no lock-in. You can downgrade to the free tier or cancel entirely from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
