Release notes, improvements, and fixes for LuluClaw.
Plan names below (Starter, Pro, Premium) refer to current LuluClaw tiers. See the pricing page for current rates and included quotas.
v1.4May 18, 2026
Gap detector, suggested replies & conversation tags
- KB gap detector v1 — surfaces unanswered visitor questions and groups duplicates by normalised key
- LLM-drafted Q&A suggestions on the gap panel — one click to draft a 1-2 sentence answer, edit, then promote to a custom Q&A source
- Auto-tagging on every conversation — topics inferred and surfaced as filter chips in the Conversations tab
- Analytics tab v1 — four core cards covering volume, citation rate, gap rate, and average reply latency
- Atomic message-counter cap — fixes a P1 race where concurrent turns could slip past the spend cap, plus a P2 fail-open hardening
- Daily email gap digest (paid tier) — top unanswered questions from the last 24 hours delivered every morning
- New docs pages: FAQ, dedicated pricing breakdown, Shopify install guide, Squarespace install guide
v1.3May 2026
Insights API, Visitor Memory & Audit Log
- Insights API (v1) — five read-only endpoints: conversations, handoffs, knowledge-sources, usage, and aggregate insights. Requires workspace-scoped API key with read:* scopes
- Visitor memory — assistant remembers returning visitors across sessions (opt-in, configurable retention)
- Souls — per-assistant soul.md identity file: custom name, personality, memory, and tool permissions
- Security audit log — full timeline of auth events, key rotations, and admin actions in the Security tab
- Spend cap tracking — cost_micros / cap_micros fields on the usage endpoint; hard 3× tier cap enforced
- Audit log state persists across page refreshes (running indicator survives navigation)
- SSE crawl-progress authorized via workspace ownership (not user-id equality)
- Live Crawl Feed re-opens for any source by clicking the chunk count badge
v1.2March 2026
Persona Builder, Live Channel Signals & More
- Persona Builder — new Identity Studio to name your assistant, pick an emoji, set a greeting, and choose a personality preset (Support Concierge, Research Analyst, Creator Studio, and more)
- Live channel status dot in the Chat header — green pulse when your assistant is active
- BYOK session counter in Chat footer — see how many turns you've used from your own API key this session
- Whisper to assistant — renamed from 'inject note', now clearly marked as operator-only
- Five new Synthetic.new models: Kimi K2.5 NVFP4, GLM-4.7, Nemotron Super 120B, Qwen3 Coder 480B, and Qwen3 235B Thinking
- Pairing UI cleanup — 'Or enter a code manually' separator added, removed duplicate label
- Pricing updated — Starter $29/mo, Pro $79/mo, Premium $149/mo; annual plans cheaper than monthly
- Plan limits now expressed as hourly turn rates (~15/30/60 turns/hr)
- Usage moved to primary tab bar; 'More' renamed to 'Settings'
- Auth page copy updated — 'Your API key, your costs', 'Backup included' replace old jargon
